The World's Most Trusted Review Platform has awarded us a Certificate of Excellence
Like its namesake, the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence Award is highly prestigious and only awarded to the best in their field. Being the huge brand that Trip Advisor is, these awards aren’t handed out unless true excellence has been achieved. For that reason, we’re delighted to announce that - for the second time - we’ve been awarded a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence, this time for 2019.
Because, at Hidden Hills Villas, we strive to go above and beyond our guests expectations, as well as provide an impeccable service to everyone that stays with us, this award is extremely fulfilling. To achieve this esteemed award, resorts and hotels must achieve the following:
- Maintain an overall TripAdvisor score with a minimum rating of 4/5 stars.
- Have a minimum number of reviews
- Have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least twelve months.
Of course, as we received the award, we ticked all of the above boxes. However, on top of that, we’re thrilled to share that our rating on Trip Advisor is 5 stars. Yep, not 4.9 or 4.95, but a complete five star rating.
As this rating is 100% based on guests’ reviews who have stayed at our villa resort it has zero outside influence - unlike some favourable big-chain hotel articles you may read that have heavy ad money invested. So, it’s one of the most honest platforms on the entire internet when it comes to hotel and resort reviews. In fact, according to a recent study by Forbes, Trip Advisor is by far the world's most trusted review platform, beating second place winner Google by a huge 19%.
While we’re over the moon to have our hard work recognised, we’re also extremely grateful to our guests. It’s our guests who have helped us achieve this award for taking the time our after their stay to review us, for no benefit of their own. For this, we’d like to say thank you. We cannot wait to welcome back those who’ve had positive stays with us, and we’re also very excited to welcome some new guests and share our five star facilities and service with them.
